Kathy Jarboe, the Brand Love Guru, has been in the promotional products industry for ten+ years. During that time, she has built her business by providing top quality service and excellent branded products to all her customers. Kathy is a dedicated professional who goes above and beyond to make sure that orders are correct and on time, works diligently to provide the best products available, and seeks to find creative solutions for customer needs.
Prior to working in the promotional industry, Kathy was Vice President of Business Operations and Guest Experience at the World War I Museum in Kansas City for 4 years and Director of Visitor Services at the Kansas City Zoo for 13 years. In both positions, Kathy was involved as a buyer working with suppliers to find products for retail stores, food outlets, staff recognition, marketing projects and special events. She has significant experience in customer service, managing large projects and developing custom products and graphics.
When she’s not creating Brand Love for her clients, Kathy enjoys cooking, listening to classical music, shopping for a bargain, and reading. She is a proud mom of two awesome kids and loves spending quality time with her husband and Chloe, the cat.
